MP3/Music album

The methods and steps for managing music/audio files are basically the same as managing movies, with the following differences:

1. When importing with "Select File", choose the scan type as "Audio" or "Audio folder".
2. When "Editing" folder type file properties, PLM will first display its subfile list. At this point, you can add/delete/view/play subfiles. Users can click the "Properties" button to modify the root file's properties.
3. In the root file's properties, the "Content type" should be changed to something like "Music". This value is controlled by the "KV Value" table.
4. When playing, right-click the "Fast Forward" button (or use keyboard Ctrl+PgDn/PgUp) to jump to the next subfile.

CD

PLM collects CDs in the same way as "Physical Items". You need to select "3: Playable disc" in "Structure type" and "CD" in "Content type".

Playing CDs: Windows has a built-in CD playback function. PLM can also play CDs but has not been tested.

CD Backup: Please use dedicated software such as Exact Audio Copy.

Add to Album

You can add files to an album based on commonalities, such as series/studio/category, etc.
